Been wanting a Mark 2 IMS in a two piece mount for awhile so I was happy to see this come out.
Love Leupold mounts but the 1 piece Mark 2 IMS was never my favorite.
Used this to setup a VX3 6.5-20x on an AR for prairie dog shooting and it was awesome.
Very well made, glad to upgrade from my P series mount to this.
Leupold Mark 2 IMS 2-pc 1in Ring
Typical Leupold quality is found in these rings. They are easy to install and provide the perfect height for mounting on a flattop AR. The offset forward ring allows for optimum spacing on the scope tube. I would purchase these again.

Great. But not leupold quality
First range day complete. Torqued to spec and blue loctite they held solid, and provided a great zero. However, coming out of the package they were immediately noticeable dings through the coating to the base metal. The front ring had a sharp edge from poor machining that would have dug into the scope. I cleaned it up with a file and mounted it anyways. Cosmetics issues dont bother me, glad I cleaned up the edge before trying to mount to the new scope. Great for what they are, just a little surprised Leupold put their name on them.
