I purchased this scope coming off a " High " that I reached purchasing the Leupold VX-R Patrol w/the SPR fire-dot for my sons Sig Sauer 556 classic.That scope was the perfect set up for the type of shooting we do, combination of CQB and mid range precision. Now, my son and I both run the Sig 556 classics and when we seen how good that scope worked on his rifle, I wanted the same type of system on my rifle. Hope the replacement is better.

Received scope in timely manner packaged and protected very well in optics planet box. Remove scope from box and installed battery as per instructions. Setting one no illumination setting two no illumination setting three started to show some illumination (check performed in room with all lights out) settings four thru ten were ok but at ten noticed two bright spots 180 apart from one another. Very disappointed with Leupold scope at this time. Spent a lot of time researching for a good quality scope with a good reputation and thought this was the one. Considering the price tag of this scope hope the replacement is of better quality or will be sending it back for a different manufacturers product.

Nothing less than expected

Mounted this optic on an 18 inch AR15 and was able to make hits on 14"×14" plate at 600 yds from a bench. Versatile reticle. Forgiving eye relief. Very nice piece of glass. Exactly What I Was Looking For

The is a great mid-range scope. Features are perfect blend of form and function. Glass is crystal clear. CMR2 reticle is perfect for short to mid-range distances. Illumination bright, and daylight visible. Scope included flip-up lens covers. Opitcs Planet price was lowest I found.

Clear glass and reticle

I've always been a fan of leupold scopes and this doesn't disappoint. I'm using it on a scar 17 and for my purposes this is plenty of magnification for 100m plus shooting. The spr moa reticle is very sharp and the best lluminarion is flawless.

This scope is awesome for the AR platform. With its magnification range (1-5) and reticle options, it is one of the most versatile scope options. Glass is clear and perfect. Couple the scope with a one piece mount and you are ready to go for anything from 50 yards to 300 plus

Great scope for 300 blackout!

If you want accuracy, this is a great scope. It is first focal, so you can judge distance easily. Judging distance accurately is very important with 300 blackout, especially with sub sonic. I like how I can switch distance, sub sonic to super sonic and still hit my target.

MR/T Mark 4

Excellent choice for use with 5.56 or 7.62x51 (per Leupold tech dept), in the mid-range scope catagory. This was the best price I found on the net, when the cupon was added. Shipping was excellent.

The lifetime service and reputation was the deciding factor in my choice.

Top notch quality optic for the money!

This optic purchased for my Sig 516. Leupold Mark 4's come with awesome Swarovski glass! Extremely clear and great light gathering. Love the CMR2 illum. reticle. The Mark 4 is very durable optic as well. Very glad I finally got one! Also purchased the Mark 4 2.5-8!

SCOPE REVIEW

I FOUND THIS SCOPE TO TRANSFER AMPLE LIGHT WITH A CRISP FOCUS AND THE RED DOT REALY HELPS WITH FAST TARGET RECOGNITION IN LOW LIGHT. ITS FAIRLY EASY TO ADJUST ON THE FLY AND PERFECT FOR HUNTING OR TARGET USE. I JUST WISH IT WAS A 1-6 POWER.

300 BLK Scope

Mounted on top of a BCM Recce 9. So far I am very happy with this scope. There are very few that are 300 BLK specific. I own several other Leupold scopes and this one is top quality like the rest. The glass is very clear and the reticle allows for quick target acquisition.
