Great Scope
I bought this scope for my LWRC REPR .308 and I am very pleased with it. It was well worth it. Easy to mount and operate. It does not come with scope ring to mount on your gun so make sure you get one.
Pros: very accurate
Cons: none

Sweet Scope built to last
This is my first Leupold FFP, having had Bushnell Tactical Elite, Athlon Cronus, and a couple of Primary Arms 4-14, in FFP as well as the normal range of Nikon P-223, Slugmaster etc. in Second Focal. I found the optical clarity at maximum magnification to be superb without any chromatic aberration whatsoever. No wonder folks love Leupold glass! Finish is excellent, construction very solid, and knob clicks audible and crisp with hash mark alignment spot on. Tracking test at 100 yards on a .223 HBAR varmint gun was also right on the money with return to zero lining back to center as expected for a scope of this quality. Not inexpensive, but you get solid value for your dollar spend. I would recommend to fellow shooters in search of a solid FFP.

great scope and reticle
I really like the new reticle. Its as useful as My Horus and You don't have to pay the premium price. You get a good value with Leuopold at the price point. Also nice is the front focal plane. One thing that I miss is the option of gettin an illuminated reticle. With My luck they will offer it next year.
Pros:
- MOA - 2 Reticle - MOA knobs
- Reticle is easy to use
- FFP Allows accurate usage of reticle at any magnification
Cons:
- lousy scope caps(i replaced mine with Vortex)
- no illumination with this reticle at present
- poor reticle use instructions
Best Used for:
- fast accurate shooting
- dont need to spin the dials for most shots

quality quality quality
Beautiful glass very sharp, reticle is nice and crisp turrets are very positive feel. packaging was top notch. only thing I can complain about is that this scope instructions are for mil dot and mine was moa. the covers are kind of cheap but they work and were free.

So far, so good
The scope is bright, crisp, and clear. Everything I was looking for. It arrived quickly from Optics planet and I mounted it to my Remington 700 with Larue rail and rings. The scope looks perfect on this rifle. The first focal plane feature should allow me to learn how to range targets and improve my long range shooting skills.

Great Scope
I mounted two of these scopes on Ruger Precision Rifles using Leupold extra high rings(extra high is required, and Wheeler scope mounting tools. I did not have to change the windage on either rifle more than 4 clicks to shoot center at 200 yards. After adjusting the vertical to center at 200 yards due to the 20 moa rail on top of the rifle), the scopes fired .75" groups at 200 yards at both 6.5 and 20 power magnification from a shooting bench and a bipod. The focus was bright and clear at both magnifications and the adjustments back and forth due to wind velocity changes returned the bullet impact to zero each time. Moved back to 400 yards and left the scopes at the 200 yard zero setting and used the mil lines on the TMR reticle to shoot 1" groups repeatedly. I am a precision reloader shooting 140 gr. ELD Match bullets. Great scopes as expected. One quarter mil click means excactly that, and returns to zero at both ends of the magnification scale. I was sighting one of the rifles for a new target shooting enthusiast, and he is able to hit the quarter sized center consistently at 200 yards. The slight open area in the center of the crosshairs is perfect for seeing such a small bulls eye at 400 yards without being hidden by an intersection of crosshairs.

Leupold Mk 4, M 5 ERT 6.5x20x50 with Horus 37 reticle
I am a long range shooter and a long time Leupold scope user. 15 years ago I installed a Leupold 8.25 x25 x50 Tactical on my 300 RUM for 1000 yard shooting and it was awesome. With new powders and bullets I have been able to shoot the RUM at one mile and was looking for better wind compensation than the Tactical Mil Radian on the excellent 8.5x25x50.
I purchased a 6.5x20x50 Leupold Mk 4, M5 with Horus 37 reticle and it is fantastic! Combining the clear optics of the Leupold with the Mil grid of the Horus has given me very precise aiming points on the fly with the constant changing winds I encounter in my shooting. I honestly feel it has spoiled me with optics and I have ordered a second one for my .338 Lapua Magnum.

Great scope for the money.
Currently I have a Leopold Mark 4 3-8x36 Illuminated TMR scope which I like but needed a scope with stronger magnification so purchased this model. Compared to the Mark 4 Illuminated scope this one is front focal plane which allows me to measure target distance at any magnification setting, the crosshair lines are thinner and crisper, especially the .2mil subtended ones at the edge where the thick crosshairs meet the milling part of the reticle, a very nice plus is also the adjustment turrets which are marked in mills instead of 1/2 MOA as is the case with my other scope. Its hard to decide which of the two I like better as they each fit a specific niche in my collection and would recommend them both.

Leupold 375 reivew
I mounted this particular scope on a 375 Chey Tach with the proper Leupold rings.
After 16 initial shots from the rifle (we just received the custom built toys), it remained tight and there was no movement in the mounts or the sight.
We will be traveling to VA to sight them in.
Very pleased with the product, as well as, the service from Optics Planet.
