Medium height, steel rings

I have bought three sets of these in the last four years. The finish is very slick on the steel models. I’ve only mounted scope s from the Vortex Viper PST Gen2 family. They have a fairly large eyepiece diameter, and for most bolt gun setups the medium height seems tall enough to accommodate.

Nice rings

I mounted these rings on my Savage Model 11 .308 Win. with a Athlon Optics Midas Tac HD scope. The rings had a nice fit and finish and didn't need to be lapped on my setup. No problems torquing to spec. They are lightweight and will certainly get the job done.

  • True out of the box. No need to lap.
Cons:
  • So far none,could be cheaper
Best Used for:
  • Keeping you rig as light as possible while using quality components

Leupold rings

These rings installed quickly and are easy to adjust. I would like to add that in 30+years of using Leupold bases and rings I have never had an issue; even on extremely heavy recoiling rifles and handguns!

Heavy but built like a tank !

These rings are made strong and with great detail .. very well built product they are a lil on the heavy side but they will not disappoint especially if your using them for bench shooting , possibly a lip heavy for long hunting trips ..
