I was a little hesitant to buy one of these because I read a bunch of negative things about them on internet forums. I read they don't work, are hard to use and so on. But, I read on Leupold's website that this RX-750 is a replacement for the older RX-II model. So, I figured they might have fixed whatever was wrong with the older models. The RX-750 I got works great. It is very fast: you can fan it from tree to tree and get readings as fast as you move -- there is a video showing this on Leupold's website, and mine works just as well as in the video. RX 750 TBR New Zealand hunters review
Had readings out to 780yards road signs,650 yards on rock, 600 yards on pines. With my Rem700 .308 and the rangefinder I feel confident enough to be able to take 500yard clean shots on Red deer. Great bit of kit, wouldn't be without it.
Pros: Lightweight, Easy to use, Good features, Matches my .308 well.
Cons: Hard to keep still on a small target at longer ranges.

Quality Piece Of Gear
I really like this Range Finder, it does everything I expect it to. Setting it up the first time was a little frustrating, but now it seems like a piece of cake. After set-up, it is very easy to use, just turn-on, point and shoot.
