Robert's Review of Leupold SX-1 Ventana 2 15-45x60mm Spotting Scope

This is my first spotting scope so I can't really comment on whether it is better or worse than other scopes in its class. What I do know is I can barely make out hits at 300 yards with this thing. When I say barely I mean I am guessing as to where the hit was or if there was a hit at all. I got this to spot at 600+ yards but I know now I need to pony up serious bucks if I want to be able to spot at that range.
