Way over priced! - Liberty Ammunition Civil Defense .40 S&W 60 Grain Hollow Point Brass Cased Centerfire Pistol Ammunition

First is they are TERRIBLE for penetrating anything except flesh and that I’m only guessing on in regards to how it performs against man. So if the threat is behind a THING AT ALL like a car door, window, drywall, plywood, etcetera count on the ENTIRE front of the hollow point(the hollow part)exploding on contact leaving ONLY the VERY TINY BASE of the projectile MAYBE continuing on to the actual threat! That’s not a good thing since these rounds are already super light weight and to have at LEAST HALF the projectile blown apart passing threw ANYTHING leaving MAX 30 grains of projectile LEFT to stop the threat… not good! Also optics sell these same 40 cal’s for $20.99 a box and NOW raised the price to ridiculous prices so I HIGHLY suggest looking into underwood’s extreme penetrators that go through 6”x6” SOLID wood BEAMS like they weren’t even there and after digging out the projectile from the ballistic gel it was in good enough shape it could of fit sure been reloaded even though I wouldn’t ever recommend that. The ONLY good thing about these rounds is they’re light weight compared to normal 165-180 grain .40’s AND the fact they USED to be 20.99 PER box and NOT BASICALLY DOUBLE that! Even liberty is making the NEW over watch versions since THESE ROUNDS they’ve found out via CUSTOMERS that they SIMPLY don’t PENETRATE DEEP enough to make them a valid round! So your buying rounds that DO NOT PENETRATE ENOUGH and that’s with wearing ZERO armor! Do not even effective enough to do the job of ANY bullet!
