Best butt stock guard
Best butt stock I have ever used definitely gets rid of recoil bolts are a little resilient getting in the holes, a little force and it goes in screw it tight any pain you felt before shooting gone best one so far 10/10 recommend
Magpul sl limbsaver.
Works as it was designed too. I would recommend for recoil. Adds some to the Lop.

Limbsaver Magpul SL Stock Recoil Pad
Mounted this on a Magpul DT stock. I also previously purchased the Magpul .75" buttpad, which is very firm and more for extending LOP as opposed to recoil mitigation. The Limbsaver unit is much more squishy. I honestly haven't shot the gun with this on there but, I'm certain that it will be an improvement over the Magpul pad. I have used Limbsaver buttpads on hunting guns in the past and they have always done a fantastic job of softening felt recoil. No reason this shouldn't be the case on an AR pattern rifle. The fit and finish are very good and it mounts with the factory hardware. Nice!

NOT a Limbsaver
Ordered a Limsaver Magpul SL recoil pad... got a MAGPUL-made MOE SL 0.70" buttpad instead. Looks like someone bought the Limbsaver and swapped out their Magpul, returned it to Optics Planet. Like what happens on Amazon with counterfeit products getting dumped into real ones.
I of course returned this, but if Optics Planet doesn't pull it out of their inventory, YOU might end up with this wrong product too.

Limbsaver recoil pad
A++. Replaced stock hard rubber butt pad on .450 Bushmaster Ruger AR. Major improvement. Simple install.

Magpul UBR Gen2
Huge fan of Limbsaver recoil pads. Love this partnership with Magpul. Very soft, and appreciated on ARs that aren’t perfectly tuned, but you don’t have a lot more options.

Another Fine Limbsaver Pad
Bought to mount onto a Magpul Backpacker stock for the Ruger PCC. I didn't really need any recoil reduction since it's a 9mm PCC. However, I wanted the extra 1/2 inch LOP. It provides that and fits perfect.

I bought this to add roughly 1/2" LOP and increase comfort. This pad does both. Fit is excellent.

My.308 kicks like a mule. I bought this bad pad to ameliorate some of those problems. It works as expected. Perfect fit for the rifle.

Works Perfectly on my Ruger SFAR .308 16"
Great product...I have Limbsavers on most of my rifles...work as advertised...fair price. Easy to install. Was a little worried because the screws have a wide washer on them, but it turns out they just slip right through the material with a little pressure and allow you to screw them to the stock without any issues. Good recoil protection on a 16" .308...combined with a suppressor it shoots almost like a .556...but still a little more kick.

- if you don't which model to choose...call them.
