Title must be ten characters long
Well built and solid. I have a MPA30 which has an extremely short Pic rail just ahead of the trigger guard. Inverted, this riser mount attached solidly and allows more flexibility in the mounting of a forward grip. Undoubtedly it would also work well for its intended purpose.

Does the basics, but weak design
The two screws provide solid attachment of this to a picatinny rail. That, however, is the only highly durable part of this product.
The design fails to provide vertical support for the cantilevered portion of the riser, making it prone to bending if it anything puts an upward or downward force on...

Bent cantilever / not linear
I bought this to act as a cantilever mount to place a magnified prism further back, but it is BENT! The rail extension bends downward immediately past the mounting portion, laid upside-down on a flat surface it's a rocking horse, mounting an optic results in that device pointing upward well off the barrel point-of-aim. The extension portion also isn't strong enough to prevent flex despite appearing to be pretty robust. I guess it could work for a light or foregrip, something not requiring ANY precision.
Pros:
- Otherwise well machined
Cons:
- Bent, useless as a cantilever mount
Best Used for:
- Foregrip or bipod? Just not for optics
Would recommend: No
Riser Mount
I put this riser on my little .17 HMR survival rifle so i could mount a scope properly. Seems solid, but im not sure the hardware would hold up on larger caliber rifles.
