Good, compact little safe that should fit most semi-automatics
This is a great little safe that should fit nicely into most nightstand drawers, as it does in mine. It is very sturdy and will keep anyone else within the home from getting access to the contents. The BioMetric technology is the latest generation, so there is no swiping of fingers. You just put your digit on a glass screen for reading. You can also save multiple images of your finger(s) from slightly different angles to minimize the possibility of a failure to read.

Not completely happy with the safe
I like the safe, the biometric entry works great, but the lock release when the safe unlocks doesn't force the lid open enough to grab onto easily/quickly to lift it. If the safe had a more powerful pop-release it would be excellent otherwise. For me, I don't want any obstacles getting into the safe in an emergency.
Pros:
- Price for biometric tech
- easy of programming & use
Cons:
- Lock release mechanism is weak IMO
Best Used for:
- Items you don't need to get to in a hurry

love the product and fits well inside my knight drawer. thought it wouldnt and great price for the value. i store in it my s&w sigma 40 caliber so if you have something similar it would fit because mine fits along with a extra mag and still have space for more
