Alpha wolf Glock 43 has damaged load ramp
My original Glock barrel has a small notch in the load ramp for the magazine clip. the new alpha wolf barrel is flat and does not have a notch to allow the bullet to be loaded in from the magazine. I can rack the slide with no issues without a magazine in the pistol. If I insert a loaded magazine th...

Does not work with SilencerCo Glock 43/43X/48 piston (Part number AC1756) and possibly others.
The barrel itself seems fine. Probably worth a 5 star rating. However, there is a problem with at least one major manufacturer's pistons for threaded Glock 43 barrels.
A typical piston makes contact with the shoulder of the barrel at the base of the threads. The Glock 43/X/48 barrels have such a narrow shoulder that it does not provide a desirable contact surface. Many manufacturers make a specific piston for this model. The piston has an internal collar that makes contact with the muzzle instead, providing an adequate contact surface.
In the case of the Alpha Wolf barrel, the threads are not quite long enough for the muzzle to make contact with that internal collar as intended. Instead, the rear of the piston contacts the insubstantial shoulder of the barrel first, thus creating the same issue as a standard 1/2x28 piston.
Clearly, the SiCo barrel has just enough thread for the muzzle to make contact first, as designed. Other brands may or may not. The Alpha Wolf does not. It's a matter of a few thousandths of an inch, but it's enough to be a problem.
In short, the barrel seems fine, but if you opt for a 43 specific piston as is recommended by and available from many companies, be sure your muzzle makes contact with the piston and not the shoulder.

Garbage, don’t waste your money
Gave them a second chance after my 10mm barrel failed. FTF/FTE, just trash, just don’t waste your time or money. Looks good as always, but I can’t even rack it 3 times in a row. It jams both feeding and ejecting and won’t even let me lock the slide.
Pros:
- None
Cons:
- FTF/FTE
Best Used for:
- paper weight

Glock 43 threaded barrel.
Nicely made and fits perfectly snug in my glock 43. I was worried because I ordered one from another company and called no joy. It wouldn’t rack another round and often double fed. So, this is take II. It fired well with and w/out the can on. Highly recommended!

Fits perfect
Dropped the barrel in and it fit perfect and looks great. I have had no problems with feeding any ammo through this barrel. I put a cheap suppressor on it with no issues and fires several rounds with the suppressor on. No issues with my carry ammo or target ammo. Great product
