This is an expensively priced, cheaply produced item. Made with a shiny black finish. Very heavy, 2.5 ounces. I have sight sets that are 2.1 ounces for front and back combined. Must push the release button to extend it. Normally I want quick deployment, and a release button to retract only. I can just see it is cheaply made. Broken English on the description/packaging gives it away. I had hoped for a good fiber optic sight. I once bought a Fiber Optic front sight post to fit standard AR15, but it didn't work due to rotation throwing off the windage. Front sight post must be a single point so any rotation doesn't make the aimpoint move left or right of centerline. Hopefully someone will make a non rotating FO front sight. They had the right idea, but poorly executed the build.
