Great quality. And it appears to have the proper profile and thickness as the original USGI grips. I'd even go so far as to say that this grip is probably the same one that H&R uses on their non blemish M16 retro rifles and in their build kits. I believe this because I've purchased my share of them from PSA in the last few years.
