Beware if you have a pinned stock - Magpul Industries AR-15 Armorer's Wrench Accessory with Bottle Opener

I ordered this to help me change my buffer tube and stock on a “compliant” rifle. I wanted to replace the factory pinned stock on my rifle with a MFT Minimalist stock. So I ordered this wrench (“buy once, cry once” as some other reviews stated). It’s my own fault for not realizing this earlier but unlike many other castle nut wrenches for sale, this one requires you to slide the wrench completely over the buffer tube from the end. Well, if you have a pinned stock, it is impossible to remove the stock without a drill to slide the wrench on. So this wrench is sort of useless for my particular project. An open design like almost all other castle nut wrenches would solve this issue. Again, I should have realized this before ordering. I wanted to give a heads up to you before making the same mistake I did. That being said, this is a solidly made tool that will last longer than I do. But I’ll be ordering another (much cheaper) wrench to “supplement” this one. I’ll probably keep both!
