Tight fit on the receiver extension

Just like all other Magpul products, the DT Carbine stock it top quality. Nice tight fit on the receiver extension, so very little wobble. Great to have the QD attachments on both sides as well.

Ready for action Carbine Stock

This is a top quality AR Stock, fit is outstanding with no movement at any position. Nice pad on rear helps absorb recoil. Very well made and durable. Would expect no less from Magpul, great products. Optics Planet has the right price and fast shipping.

Magpul DT Stock

Fairly lightweight and solid lockup. Not as tight as the SL but no wobble and great for a lightweight build. Still prefer the SL due to better cheekweld and rock solid feel on the buffer tube.

Poor tolerances/ design on the retaining pin

The main pin has a sloppy fit which wobbles significantly front to back in its cavity. This allows the stock to translate back and forth on the buffer tube which makes a lot of noise and degrades the experience of an otherwise decent looking product making it feel super cheap. Magpul customer service does not have an email address or ability to upload a video from my IPhone on their customer support forum. Fail all the way around.
