Still magpul quality good
I just got mine in the mail after a lengthy back order. From all the available reviews and research as of 11/24, information is spot on. Magpul has already released a manufacturer video on what to expect from these mags. Long story short expext 95-100% (figuratively speaking) the same durability and performance as gen3 pmags. IMHO nothing is greater than okay industries metal mags but they quit the game. Of all of the polymer mags available, tmags still fit at the top percentage of quality. Best feature is being able to confidently verify/identify bullet types at a glance after they've been st...

Magpul TMAG
It’s about time Magpul made clear mags. It’s the trusted name in magazines that all magazines strive to be. Magpul is the only magazine to have in my opinion and Optics Planet has them and delivered fast!

Good, not great.
Reliability is what you’d expect, but tactile feel is not. There are really no ribs or ridges on this thing, making it surprisingly smooth/slippery. If you’re wearing gloves with grip, probably a non-issue. But God-forbid in a stressful situation with sweaty hands or in inclement weather, this is not the mag I’d reach for.
Pros:
- relability
- FAMILIAR
Cons:
- texture
- slippery

Magpul TMAG — Reliable, Rugged, and Great-Looking
I’ve been running the Magpul TMAG MK16/16S 30-round magazine in my rifles and it’s been consistently reliable with everything from NATO surplus to premium match ammo. The FDE transparent body not only looks great, it lets you see your remaining rounds at a glance, which is super handy in practice and on the line. The polymer feels rugged without being heavy, the follower is smooth, and the mag locks in solid every time. Drops and hard use haven’t fazed it — this one’s become a go-to magazine for duty rigs and range sessions alike.
Clean look, dependable feed, and smart design.

Quality product and quick shipping!
Highly recommend these if your like me and like that little flare on your AR. Also if your not a pro and don’t know your round count these make it easy due to the transparent mag. Will be buying more for sure.

feed just like a pmag should
Been waiting awhile to get my hands on these new tmags. They insert fully loaded just like the normal pmags and feed the same. Which is what you want. The insert is much better than the lancers. Plus they look great on the rifle Was able to grab 4 of em before they were over 20$ each I did a couple drop test while empty and full and still functioned 100%
Pros:
- Reliabe

- None
