You just can't beat this thing.
Pros:
It's inexpensive
has attachement capability
is light
has a heat sheild
works and looks good with the Ultimak rail
has the color options to match what you have

Good, not great
The polymer is top notch, I love M-Lok and being able to solidly attach a foregrip,but the bottom hand guard comes loose. NOT FOR SAIGA AK Models
I called Magpul sadly after seeing info on this site stating that the Magpul MOE AKM Handguard would fit and the Magpul rep confirmed that Magpul does NOT manufacture for the SAIGA AK platform. Now hopefully I can return the MAG620.
This is not necessarily Optics Planet’s fault, however it would be nice to see a statement that it won’t fit certain manufactures when so many questions in product Q&A sections ask about SAIGA. A lot of conflicting info on here.

a nice product but may need modifications
Nice handguard, built sturdy, had an internal heat shield and M-LOK attach points, keep in mind there is 2 versions of this, a 619 and a 620, both will work on most AK74/47/M pattern stamped rifles but, the 620 has a cut in on the left side for the sling mount, keep in mind that it says "retainer sling mount" doesn't specifically what retainer, if your handguard retainer has a sling mount, go with the 620, if it doesn't, or if the sling mount is on the gas block retainer use the 619, 2 problems I ran into, the tang where it slides into the frame can be too large and may have to be trimmed, and the shroud on the insideay need to be modified, 2 nubs bump the gas block and may not compress far enough to push on

- needs better description on where sling mount is located, not just "retainer"

century Arms draco 9s
It fits and feels great. I put this magpul handguard on my draco 9s. It did take a few mins to get on. Doesn't require modification. It has the side cut out for the sling loop. What else can i say it's another great product by magpul.

AKM handguard
First time replacing furniture on an AK. Had to trim the sides of the top grip to fit, but nothing a dremel couldn’t handle. Spots that were trimmed are hidden by the lower part also so there’s not visual proof I modified it.

Magpul does it again!
I love this thing. I put a couple hundred rounds through my AK-47 and this sucker let it cool off way faster and I couldn't feel any heat when holding it by the handguard. Excellent!!!

Its magpul quality no complaints, just had to file a little down on the gas block cover to make it snug

Good quality material, well made the finish feels good in he hands. Installation required a little finesse on a wasr 10 .overall very happy with product.
