Exactly what you need for running your MD9-CQB in FRT, SS, Atrius, ect. The roller delay system that come with the MD9 is NOT COMPATIBLE and NOT full auto rated. i tried it, and spoke with Maxim directly on this issue. You need a MINIMUM total mass of 20oz between buffer and BCG to cycle reliably in super safe mode. 22-24oz is the real sweet spot.

GREAT BUY FOR FRT

I purchased this kit for a frt upgrade. Im new and learning from various reviews and experience. It works great. The price was great and shipping. Unsuppressed.. it worked flawlessly. Suppressed.. it had a small hiccup after about 10rds. I might need a heavier buffer like 7 oz. Or larger. I would recommend this to others for a upgrade unsuppressed.

Perfect for FRT

I dont have maxim defence brace but i bought this to work with similar one. It Works perfect on my SB tactical brace with my super saftey and with my Arcfire. Buffer is the exact same size so there's no problems so far after about 500+ rounds

Fixed my Grendel

Was having issues getting my 6.5 Grendel to cycle properly and constantly. 20" barrel and rifle lenght gas system. Tied an adjustable gas block, but it wasn't a gas issue. Ended up being a spring/buffer issue. Tried a number of spring and buffer weight configurations and wouldn't run 100% of the time. Came across the Maxim products on Optics Planet, and I'm glad i did. I'm now running 100% with zero cycling or ejection issues. Quality is excellent on the Maxim products.
