Perfect for my RPG Arms/ERTD AK 47
I own an RPG Arms/ERTD AK 47 (stamped receiver) and over the years I have used various handguards including Tapco, Magpul, Fab Defense, Vism, classic wooden and polymer. I liked all of them. But, this is the perfect handguard for my needs and will be the last for this particular AK. It has all of the features I want, feels solid yet very lightweight and slim. I wanted something that was mlok on sides and bottom with integral swivel mounts. There was no fitment issue. does not fit mak 90
requires grinding the length down and the lugs to fit the lugs have a hole in them for some reason so u grind through that and you have to then square off the rear end its not flat at all.

- took more than 2 hrs hand fitting to get it even close and id be better if you had a milling machine
- price for the thought put into it wasnt there idk y the lugs were hollow

Fit like a glove
Fit my AKV 9 mm went right in without any medication like it was maid for it like the QD options because I’m right handed for my sling.Have a hand stop ordered to put on it. Took 5 minutes to install.GREAT product Thanks Al Notz

Handgaurd grip mlok
Perfect fit on vska. I did for tabs a bit to get it to go into lower end. Easy to do and solid. No movement and exactly the way it should be. Feels good with faint texture. Feels good in the hand and comfortable

Midwest Rocks
Super tight fit. Very little smithing. AMD 65 looks way better now. Nice black finish flows with the rifle. Set screw on the bottom is a very nice touch. Everything Midwest does is top notch and I would highly recommend anything they make!

Fits well in KR103
Gives my AK MLOK mounts, added a BCM Forward Grip. No rattling at all. Easy to install, done in less than 20 minutes. If you can modify an AR, you can do this as well. Trying it out before dropping money on a Zentico handguard.

Amazing Piece
This thing fit like a glove on a PSAK47-GF3. Didn't even need to do any filing work on it at all. Just a couple taps with a plastic screw driver handle, and some wiggling got it on place. Fits tight enough didn't need to use the set crew. I will point out that if you do decide to use the set screw, it will block being able to store the cleaning rod if you elect to have one. This M-Lok fore-end is incredibly light weight, and feels very solid. The only thing that I don't like about it, is the finish is a different shade of black, compared to the Midwest Industries side rail mount I have for my optic.

Awesome fit
looks amazing on my rifle. Was a little tight fit, took a bit of tapping with a rubber hammer and a bit of wood to make sure I dident mess up the finish, but it means that it looks neat, tight, and clean when done. Very pleased with this.
