Strong Multi Function Receiver Block
Highly recommended product, used on a recent build and it made it so easy that I breezed through it in 20% of the time. MI thought of everything. The only downside for me is the small parts tray, I already have one so having that area be a little thicker would be preferred; but, that is personal preference.

For the price, this is hands-down the best vise block I’ve used. I own a few others, but this one really stands out. Well I debated do I really need another tool to aid my AR15 build. This and the reaction rod made life easy. This helped with the gas block more than I expected. Bottom line it’s worth it if you have a vise to put it in. Shipping was fast from OP.

This reciver block makes working on your lower so much easier. Placing in a vise to hold vertically or on a table to hold horizontal is great!

Nice block for working on your AR
This Lower Receiver Block is seemingly made of very durable plastic and is a great tool to have for working on your lower. I bought it primarily to hold the lower so I can replace the Receiver Extension (Buffer Tube) from Commercial to Mil-Spec. This block did the job. I did put a bit of wood between the block and my vice jaws for two reasons 1) to protect the block, and 2) because the way it sat in my vice the jaws were not in a place where it would bite down evenly (meaning one of the jaws fell inside a contour of the block). Adding the pieces of thin plywood spread out the pressure and it worked perfectly. Not a fault of the tool, but a fault of my vice.

A must have tool
I purchased this lower receiver block during my first AR build, and have continued using it for other builds and general maintenance. I have used it multiple times for setting roll pins in the gas block/tube, and while installing the bolt catch in the lower. It also comes in handy for disassembling the bolt extractor/ejector for cleaning and when properly checking headspace. I'm sure there are many other uses I'll find for it along the way. It's designed and built well. A must have tool for assembling AR's well. Only gripe I have is it fits loose in my lower's magazine well, causing it to slide off the magazine catch without even depressing it. Had to be extra cautious with hammering in roll pin for bolt catch.
