I screwed this onto a rifle, blamed the barrel for less than average accuracy. I unscrewed this muzzle device, shot the rifle bare, accuracy beyond 250 yards improved. The Midwest Ind muzzle device does indeed help with recoil mgmt, especially shooting off hand. 5 STARS. I like the 9mm version of this brake on my AR9.
Pros:
- Well machined, thread fit good.
Cons:
- My rifled exibited accaracy degredation
- Experienced accuracy degredation
Best Used for:
- Informal AR set ups, maybe AR15 pistols, mag-dumpers
