Mi combat rail lightweight series handguard - Midwest Industries MI Combat Rail Lightweight Series Handguard

I bought the 10.5" version but have used the 12.625" in the past. I was looking to build a lightweight 11.3" upper and this handguard fit the bill. It's a nice handguard, easy to install and has a nice fit and finish; and of course it is indeed lightweight. It certainly looks really nice and cool if you ask me. The only nitpick I have is that the handguard heats up pretty quickly but I guess that is to be expected considering it doesn't have a full top picatinny rail. This can be fixed by using some rail covers which I haven't got around to getting yet. Other than that it's a solid handguard and I can definitely recommend it.
