I had a rear MI low-profile sight and wanted a matching front to go with it. I was very surprised that the two MI sights weigh roughly the same as a Magpul plastic sight set. Everything I have ever bought from MI is really good stuff. Can't go wrong with them. They are way under-rated in my opinion. The diameter of the front side hood is perfect size to get a good centering view thru the rear sight when using the smaller aperture too.
