Midwest industries upper receiver rod is the best on the market!! - Midwest Industries Upper Receiver Rod

Ordered this based on a recommendation from a buddy who builds PRS Match guns. This rod is the most solid one on the market and the “sail” fully supports the upper when you are installing the barrel nut. The Geissele ones are ok in comparison but sometimes you don’t know how much torque has been put on that nut. Buddy found one barrel nut torqued to over 200 ft-pd and had he not had the Midwest industries rod, the upper could have warped from the force. Well worth the money and not “offensive” on price.
