Decoration only

this is only good for decoration, not a practical sling. I put it on the gun for a day and threw away the packaging so i cant return the thing. I went to adjust the sling and the sling itself split apart. do not not buy.

Leather laminate?

It started to delaminate as soon as I opened the package. I figured it wasn’t too big of a deal. It got worse as I put the sling on my rifle. Save your time and money. I wan very frustrated that I spent the time and money on this substandard item.

Poor workmanship

The front and back sides of the leather straps were evidently (lightly?) glued together at the factory in CHINA (!) but they became separated from each other in the original packaging. The sling was unusable so was returned for store credit. Moral of the story...learning to NOT trust anything made in CHINA!! I usually look for the Made in USA label on products before I order but this one snuck by me.

Essentially looks like as advertised

Shoddy quality resulted in return.

Don't recommend made in China

Good basic sling.

Bought this sling for my CZ .22 lr. Sling arrived in good condition. Removed it from packaging and it looked great. Very nice brass fittings and keepers are riveted not sewn (a plus based on some other sling reviews I've read where keepers were sewn). Leather seems to be of good quality, but was rather stiff. After disassembly, I applied some leather conditioner and spent a few minutes rolling the straps in both directions, making it much more pliable. The sling is quite satisfactory now and a great value at this price point. Would recommend.

great sling,all my guns have this sling

military sling

I have used this type of sling for years and find it the easiest to use. The others I have tried are not as user friendly.
