Most Helpful Positive Review
Takes Practice
People with slim waistlines can use this item in the appendix position with little or no problem. However I have a somewhat enlarged belly and found carrying even a sub-compact pistol in this position to be uncomfortable and re-holstering difficult.
Most Helpful Negative Review
Needs a tucked undershirt
Great minimalist holster, but needs to be worn with a tucked undershirt or the exposed edges of your pistol is going to have a tendency to scratch you. Minimalist design also precluded re-holstering easily. Not for me. Item returned.
Mission First Tactical Minimalist IWB Holster
The Mission First Tactical Minimalist IWB Holster fits the Ruger LCP 22LR perfectly and securely. It covers the trigger guard completely. You may wish to take the holster off your belt to safely re-holster your Ruger LCP 2 in 22LR, then re-clip back onto your belt. It is a tight fit.

- Concealed Carry

Great holster
Just got this for my HK VP9. Slim and lightweight makes for easy carry. Adjustable retention. Can be canted. Would work with red dot or suppressor height sights. The one wide clip makes for easy on and off my belt.
FYI the VP9 holster fully encloses the trigger guard and slide. I have the same holster for my Taurus GX4 and it covers only the trigger guard and the bottom half of the slide.

Just the right amount
I had a minimalist holster manufactured by another company. It nice, but I needed just a little more security. It focused solely on the trigger guard. MFT does the trigger guard and a nice portion of the slide. This really helped retention when moving, bending over, getting in and out of the car, etc… it does take a little more force to draw, but that is a trade off for security.
