They work like they are supposed to. The price is pretty good, too. 5.56 fits perfectly. If anyone is in need of ammo storage that is neat and secure these work perfect. Dont have anything else to say to get to 200 characters

Great case

Not much to say about these. Great quality cases for storing factory or reloaded ammunition. I use these to store my reloads so they aren't banging around in a box or bag. Solid case holds 100 223 rounds

Ammo boxes

This series ammo box is the best hands down. The hinged lid is much better than the folding type. I personally have about 12-15 of these boxes in various calibers, wont purchace any other kind. Along with the great value and quick shipping you cant go wrong with these storage boxes.

Great Purchase

This was a great addition to my range gear. I bought several for different calibers. They come with stickers you can write on. They were cheap and better than empty boxes blowing away. Load up the boxes before I leave and I'm ready.

MTM ammo box

Even small things can be well done and this ammo box is a good example. After years (ok, decades) of using the so-called "living hinge" ammo boxes, it was a pleasure to use this box with its real, live hinge. The box has a solid feel to it and the lid actually stays open until you decide to close it. Nicely done!

25 Year Re loader

Being a Rifle and Pistol re loader for more than 25 years MTM ammo boxes are the standard on my bench no need to look any further they are durable, affordable and reasonably priced. Their product line keeps getting better and they keep the shooter's needs in the forefront.

great for storing ammo, hinge system great, and you can see through the transparent box too see what is left in the box. This products works well for me in my application. I like the true hinge system much better than the molded plastic hinge that eventually breaks

MTM Dry Ammo Box for Small Rifle Calibers

I package a MTM dry box in every Pelican case I have, they are absolutely perfect for the job, whether using 5.56, .223, or even 300 Blackout. I would highly recommend this exact product, and have, to anyone looking for such a container for their ammunition.

A Must Have for Any Shooter

The 100rd small ammo (.223/5.56 & 300 Blackout) version of the MTM dry ammo box is yet another winning variation on their amazing storage solution. I have one per Pelican case and love the fact that regardless I know the high quality ammo I pack into them can be easily disseminated based on grain/appearance and also the included labelling system. Also that the bullets themselves will be well protected. I'm actually working on a new cut-out pattern (Pelican 1720/1750 cases) that wlll accept 2x100rd MTM dry ammo cases. It's a flawless design and for the money a Must have.
Pros: Stores 100rds of any mix of Ammo you wish to throw at it

Money well spent!!

MTM boxes will last you a lifetime. Hinges are very strong and allow lid to fold flat making loading and removing catridges very easy. Dropping a loaded box on a hard surgface will not shatter it like others I have used. Hinge will never split and make box useless. Other brands cheaper initially but dont last with heavy usage and end up having to be replaced thus costing you more.
