12 guage red laser bore sighter
this is the best thing since sliced bread if you put a scope on your shotgun to hunt. I have a regular bore sighter that fits a shotgun but with the addition of the height of the scope and the mount you can't use them and unless you have a bolt shotgun you can't look down the barrel to get it close....

shotgun shell red laser
I received this item in the mail, inserted the battery and screwed on the cap as instructed, but the laser did not work. It didn't cost much so wasn't worth the drive to town to return it. Very disappointing.
Would recommend: No
12 laser bore sighter
So far so good. It works as it should. Seems to be well constructed. Haven’t tested how accurate it is yet. Wish it had a simple on off switch while assembled but figure taking the batteries out after use is a good long term thing.

does not work in mossberg 500
This does not work in a mossberg 500. It does not sit flush therefore the laser does not come out of the barrel straight. Making it useless. ................................................................................................

Broke as soon as it was loaded by pump action
This stopped working as soon as I loaded it via the pump action in my shotgun. It worked when I put it in the breach by hand only. Then I tried to load by pump cycle and it broke. Piece of junk. So basically unless you use it like you would in a normal pump shotgun it works but then breaks when you actually use it via the pump action.

Aligned reflex scope in 10 min.
I rolled it on a flat surface as soon as I opened it, dot was flat at 15 yards. It slides into the chamber effortlessly. I closed the breach, no rattle exact fit. I tuned the reflex red dot to the lazer and ejected the sight, done in 10 minutes. There is no off/on switch, you loosen the cap or remove the batteries to turn it off. Just as well, a switch would interfere with the fit. My application is a home defense tactical shotgun,I can't see any use for this on my duck gun, the vent rib already works fine on that.

Great help with slugs.!
This arrived in perfect condition.Simple to use and worth the price(Which is nearly nothing.)

TOO EASY!!
This is a great way to save money on shells! I have used bore sighters for .223 but never for a shotgun. I will from now on! This is a must-have item for anyone with a tactical shotgun. I wanted to mount a red dot on my KSG 12 and without this it would have been a challenge and alot more expensive.

THIS HAS SOLVED THE PROBLEM OF SIGHTING IN A RED DOT SIGHT ON A SHOT GUN AND CHECKING THE ZERO IN THE FIELD AS THESE SIGHTS(ESPECIALLY THE SPEEDBEAD BETWEEN THE STOCK AND RECEIVER MOUNT) ON A SHOTGUN TEND TO LOSE THEIR ZERO FROM ROUGH HANDLING IN A DOVE FEILD OR LAYING IN THE BACK OF A PICKUP. THIS REALLY SIMPLIFIES IT, AS NO PATTERNING BOARD IS NECESSARY
