better than I hoped for
First off I am a serious shooter with a 200 yard range in on my place, that said this is a decent scope by any standard and a great scope for the money. .22 caliber hits are clear out to 125 yards, .30 caliber hits are good out to 200 yards. Overall quality seems pretty good. The tripod is a joke...

Works OK for $20
Works OK for $20.00. I purchased this to have a cheap spotting scope for the range, something inexpensive that I wouldn't have to worry about if it gets dropped or knocked over. It is cheaply made, remember you get what you pay for. I can see OK out to about 50-75 yards anything further than that, f...

Can't beat it for the price
I bought this for short distance viewing and it will work great, and for $21 + shipping you can't go wrong. I don't even know how they can make this that cheap. You normally get what you pay for, but in this case, you do get a little more.

Spotting scope comparison
This scope has a wide variety of uses but checking targets at the range is a priority with me. The scope works well even as a hand held unit and the clarity is remarkable. I am able to view out to 100 yards with ease and also up as close as 50 feet. I'm very happy with this purchase. I prefer to use a camera tripod, the full size unit, and that is really the best performance out of this scope.

NcStar Spotting Scope
Great little spotting scope. I use it to spot at 50 yards and it works great. Good eye relief (I wear glasses) and good field of vision at 50 yards. The tripod could be better but it works. I would think most people will end up replacing the tripod with something more substantial. After being to the range twice with it I'm very happy with the purchase. Money well spent.
Pros:
- Inexpensive
Cons:
- tripod does not have a height adjusment
Best Used for:
- range bag

Does the job at a nice price
I bought this to use in an indoor (50') range (attached to full-size, stable tripod or pistol range case). It works perfectly for this application.
Pros: Lightweight, inexpensive
Cons: Tripod not really useful

Awesome little scope!
I am a bullseye shooter and my more expensive spotting scope would not focus at 50 foot distance. Funny thing is, I was told this would not either! It does, beautifully! Tough to find a better spotting scope for the money.
Pros: Perfect for my needs: In-Door Pistol Range scope
Cons: Didn't find this sooner? Great little scope for the money!

A Waste of $21, get a better quality one instead!
Made of very cheap plastic, like toy plastic, easily breaks. Optically blurry, eye relief too short, you end up up hunting for a small spot to see through in the eyepiece. Tripod also made of same cheap flexible toy plastic, causes bouncing image. Probably could have returned, but then out for return shipping costs. The similar zooming model is probably made the same way. What a waste! Could have applied the $21 plus shipping toward a better quality scope. Live an learn...

Air Rifle Team scope
I bought just one of these not sure how useful they would be at 10 meters on an indoor rifle range. After using it I bought 12 more, one for each shooter on my team. I even built a scope pole for $14 from stuff at Home depot. I have dropped it myself and High School shooters use it and we haven't broken one yet.
