Another good product from NCStar
We purchased two of these weaponlights to mount on an AR9 and an AR45, to enhance their suitability as home defense tools. The lights are easy to mount on short sections of pic rail that we installed on the carbines' MLOK handguards so that the support hand can reach the light switch while grasping the handguard.
The lights give an acceptable degree of illumination, and the switch location and operation can be learned, and the price was very attractive. Time will tell whether the lights hold up under recoil.
The lights could be brighter, and the switch could be easier to reach and operate; for these reasons I have deleted one star.

Surprisingly well made
For the price, this light is surprisingly well made. I actually bought 2 - one is on a bullpup 20 gauge that I only run 3 inch shells through and the other is on a 10mm ASR - and neither light seems to have suffered any ill effects from recoil.

great little light for the price
If you need a light to shine in the dark and don’t want to spend $150, then this one works great. It certainly isn’t as bright as my surefire, but when I tested it in a dark room I could see just fine. It is a little loose on the rail, and obviously not super high quality, but again, not bad for the price.

- puts out plenty of light

- not the greatest quality
- little loose on rail

Great Light
Awsome light that fits my SD9VE. There's no play and locks on tight. Great for the price. Light is strong and strobe is very efficient. Doesn't put any extra weight in the front of my pitol if you were looking for that. I'm using this for my truck and home defense weapon and doesn't affect my movements. Shot 150 rounds with it with no problems. I would definitely buy another for other firearms.

Great light, came back for newer edition with round button
I have a 4 year old+ version of this using left-right slide switch, not this nice on/off round button here.
If the new button works like the old on/off slide switch.. then NC Star is still value winner.
There 3x magnifier is legit too. For reddots. But this light is a poormans streamlight

ncstar pistol flashlight
great light for the price.will do well for home use.have used many ncstar products before with great success.
lights are small and like quick attach,detach mount on them. can come right off at range when not needed and put back on in 3 seconds.

NCSTAR pistol/rifle led flashlight
I was questioning the quality of the light when I ordered it because of the low price. I was very pleased when I opened the package. It looks like a very well made light. It has a very bright light. Just what I was looking for!
