It should feel cheaper at this price but it doesn’t. The latches, the fabrics and materials, hinge fit … it all works. Just keep in mind what it isn’t. And his will disappoint if you expect otherwise. Don’t try to check this on an airline. I don’t trust the latches for that abuse and the case will surely scratch and dent. It’s for getting a gun to the range and back in your trunk. It could stand to have something better for blocking around the barrel and receiver. But that’s easy for me to bring myself. One Velcro strap is fine but maybe not enough. That’s made up for by the quality of construction however. Lastly, it needs a week to out gas the interior. Maybe the adhesives … who knows. I’d buy this again and maybe the orange one. OP got it to me very quickly I should add. The combination resetting was a bit of a trick I now recall. That could be better, but once and done.

Price was right. Looks good. Can be used for Semiautomatics, O/U, and S/S. Has 3 combo locks. Primarily used to transport my gun when I fly. This is the second one I have purchased. I have five Negrini case and I have not had any problems with them. Good value for the price you pay.

This is now my favorite case. It’s very sturdy and well made. I wouldn’t fly with it, but it’s perfect for car travel. It can be stacked with other luggage and protect your shotgun. I really like the latches on this case. They function very intuitively and easily. I know that sounds funny, but you have to try it in person to see. Not all cases latch/unlatch so easily.

This is a great, affordable case for transporting your shotgun in your car to different events or ranges. Securely holds an over/under or autoloader just fine. Has room for extra accessories like choke tubes, a couple tools, gun grease/oil, etc. I have two of these that we use constantly when traveling around the state for shooting events. Consider these as "light duty" and a great value to keep your expensive shotgun from getting dinged up during normal car travel. These are not the ones you buy for airline travel. If you're wanting a case for air travel, you need to spend big bucks. I work at an airport and I can tell you firsthand how much the baggage handlers don't care about your luggage and will throw or drop things without regard to the fact that it'll get damaged. I've seen luggage and gun cases fall off the carts and bounce onto the concrete while the baggage handler drives the luggage from the plane to the baggage belt.

This a good quality universal case for transport of a variety of types of shotguns. I like the fact that it can be used for semi autos or pump shotguns. It is made of decent quality materials, but it is not the higher quality ABS airline approved style. It is a fine case to use in your vehicle to protect your firearm. It provides a better option for storage and transport than a soft case for semi autos or pump shotguns.

Best case for the money! Works great with my Browning Semi-auto Shotgun. No Draw backs that I can see.
Just unscrew the nob, take the wood off, then the barrel. Screw the knob back on and all the parts stay in place.

My daughter absolutely loves this. She has a Benelli Sport II and had a hard time finding a breakdown case for it due to its length, this one works perfect. Before finding the Negrini she was forced to keep it together and had to carry a 54" hard case which was a pain when going throu door or in large crowds. So glad we found this one.
