Matching NightForce Flip-Up Caps
I like the look of these Flip-Up Caps on my new NightForce SHV 5x20x56mm IHR Illuminated.The covers fit like I thought they would.The covers seem to be made pretty good and operate freely and snap shut tight.
Did not fit my scope
Don’t get me wrong, NF products are top quality; however, the description says it fit my scope, and unfortunately I’d did not… too big.

Nightforce flip up caps
So far so good. Would be nice if they offered a similar pair to the leupold for this price point but they get the job done. Solid and made well. I would recommend them over using the standard cover for the scope.

Scope lens covers
I have looked at this product for years while shooting but it was not until this purchase of my Nightforce scope did I decide to buy both front and rear covers. They do not have quick release function but rather manuel release. Meaning you have to release them. I do like this feature as it not open unless you open them. Shooters preference. Good quality product and can be secured on scope if you wish.(locking nut).

Solid fit for NF Scope
Both this for my NightForce 50 MM NXS scope. Easy installation and fits well. Keeps the scope clean and does the job well. The cap is easy to flip open with a finger. It also flips to almost 180 degrees so it doesn't stick up too far when open.

Perfect Fit
Picked up the flip-up lens caps for my NightForce from Optics Planet and they were as described plus the customer service was fantastic. The covers fit perfectly, they were not oversized nor did they interfere with the use of the scope. I bought the covers for both the Objective and the Eye piece. I would definitely recommend them for all of your shooting needs!

Awesome Cap
Fits my SHV 5-20x56 scope perfectly. High quality scope caps. Can't go wrong with this item. A little on the expensive side but worth every penny. Nightforce is the way to go

Nightforce lens caps
A little expensive but work really well, the eyepiece rotates which is why I purchased them for NXS series scope. Had to modify the objective cover because the flap sticks down about 1/4 inch below the scope so I had to shape it around the barrel.

Great product
Although this flip-up cap is listed as being for the NXS scope, I'm using it on my SHV 50mm objective lens. It's so much more convenient than the bikini cover that came with it. My only regret is because of the quick focus of the eye piece there isn't one for that end.

Snug Fit, Great feature for NXS
These lens caps are some of the best I have tried. My NXS came with just the bikini straps and I tried some other lens caps, but due to the twisting motion needed to change magnification, I just had to pick my most used setting and place the lens caps there. These have a built in feature to allows for easy rotation so you can always have the flipped up cap in your most liked position. They also have a positive locking in the open complete flat down position.
The objective lens cap is a little large and can snag slightly on your front rail if mounted on a rifle with a full picatany rail. Its very minor and can be mitigated by turning the lens cap to the 3 o'clock / 9 o'clock orientation.
Would recommend these to anyone with a NXS scope.

Night force Flip-out lens caps
The front cap fit perfectly on my Nightforce SHV 4-14X50 with 3-inch sun shade. The cap rim opposite the hinge would not close when aligned with the bull barrel of my rifle due to lack of space between the objective bell so I timed it to flip to my right. I am a right-handed shooter. I could have timed the cap to flip down onto the barrel and may try that in the future. The rear cap was a bit loose on the eye piece of my SHV scope, so, on the advice of a very nice OP technician, I placed two wraps of electrical tape on the inside of the cap edge and trimmed the excess with a sharp pocket knife resulting in an acceptable fit that allows me to rotate the cap +/- for parallex focus. I am very happy with my choice of NF products. I am especially grateful for the advice given by the technician at Optics Planet on my fitment issue.
