Good 1st focal plane optic - NightForce SHV 4-14x50mm Rifle Scope, 30mm Tube, First Focal Plane

I was so excited to see an inexpensive 1st focal plane optic, I bought the Mil-R version to try out, got it home, opened the box ...and seen it was made in Japan...I was distrought it didn't say "Proudly made in the Great USA". After all my research investigating this optic I just assumed it was made in the US, since it was a Nightforce... I contemplated returning it for a week but eventually broke down and mounted it on my AR. It seems a bit big and a little heavy, but overall the optic is awesome. I do like it and will keep it.
