Most Helpful Positive Review Nice Scope
This is a quality rimfire scope with a reasonable price and an outstanding warranty from Nikon. Be patient and eventually a sale or coupon will come your way. That means shop around for two weeks. I wish it had the ability to accept a sunshade. I don’t like the sun to hit my lens—that’s a photograp...

Most Helpful Negative Review Warning! Nikon Riflescopes OUT OF BUSINESS!
Warning! Nikon Riflescopes OUT OF BUSINESS! Purchased recently a Nikon riflescope which turned out to be defective. After several email exchanges, Nikon agreed to providing me with a voucher for their Nikon Optics Store online. I accepted the offer, thinking they were fulfilling my request of an ...

Great little scope

by RaceRed, Verified Owner from FL, United States Written on August 24, 2021
I put this on my Ruger 10/22. The BDC reticle works well and is fairly light. Great little scope and is perfect for 22lr. The Phillipine's has some great glass for the money. It's a shame they stopped making this scope. I wouldn't hesitate to snatch one up if you can.

Hard to find Nikon

by Bob, from AL, United States Written on December 31, 2020
I have been shooting Nikon rimfire scopes for years..I love them. From what I understand Nikon is out of the scope bussiness.. When I saw these I bought 3. I will eventually have rifles for them.. The scopes are clear and hold zero. The bdc works well. My advice is if you see a Nikon rimfire scope , buy it..
Pros:
  • Clear
Cons:
  • Rather have 3 x 9
Best Used for:
  • hunting or plinking

Clear and Fast to Use

by Bizprof, from VA, United States Written on November 6, 2020
This scope has very clear optics with good color rendering and minimal fringing or image distortion. Reticle adjustments have been precise and repeatable. I am a fan of the BDC reticle for field use. It's very fast without having to count stadia lines. With Nikon's SpotOn app I can sight the scope in for whatever ammo I am shooting and dial the power up or down to adjust the elevation for each of the aiming circles. If I want to zero for 25 yards and then make the circles align for 50, 75, 100, and 125 I can do that. It's a shame Nikon has discontinued this scope.

70 and counting

by Jimmy, from ND, United States Written on August 6, 2020
this was my third Nikon scope purchase. I am used to the BDC and like the clarity. Sad that Nikon is pulling out of the scope line. For the money absolutely my favorite scope. Nikon scopes are getting hard to find and I was happy that this site could fill my order.

Best Tactical Scope For A .22LR

by Tim, Verified Owner from OK, United States Written on May 18, 2018
The "New" Nikon P - Tactical 2x to 7x x 32mm Scope is the best choice for a Tactical .22LR Rifle. I own six (6) or more Nikon Rifle Scopes and have used them for twenty years and they have never failed. Their built strong to last, have glass as clean and clear as scopes 10x more money. I am happy to say the scope I just purchased has the "New" MK1-MOA tactical retical and I love it! If there wish I would add the have the MK1-MOA retical lighted in Green as is this scopes big brother Tactical X Scopes from Nikon. I give this new scope Five (5) Stars only because Five is the max. if not I would give it Ten (10) Stars. Purchasing from Optics Plant is as
always, the "Best" in cost and fast shipping. I give Optics Plant Ten (10) Stars for service. If you purchase Nikon's New P - Tactical 2x to 7x x 32mm Scope with MK1-MOA you will save Thirty Dollars ($30.00) and receive "Free" Shipping, it's the best of the best.
