This was my first holosun optic, I finally decided to pull the trigger on a top shelf optic and now I swear by holosun. This optic was actually sighted in right out of the box! The QD base nevered moved after a full day of shooting. Color is cool but could be a little darker lol.

I've had to go through 3 of these optics before landing on one that I decided to live with. The first had a defective auto brightness feature that constantly jumped between brightness settings while in one room with constant and even lighting. The second unit had a battery tray that could not be removed and broke when attempting to remove it. I'm pretty sure it was glued into place. The third unit had a similar problem to the second, but I was able to finally get the tray out after breaking a specialty tool and damaging the tray. This tray definitely had some sort of residue on the backside of the tray. Thankfully, a second tray is included in the box, so the optic is still usable. It could just be a bad run, but I would avoid the unit until Holosun and Optics Planet get this figured out. Also, the "wolf grey" has a slight green tint to the color, so it doesn't match any other wolf grey.

Holosun is great for the price. I have multiple Holosun optics and always great quality and performance. I have this one on one of my PCC's cant always work never off zero. No complaints.

The Holosun is the best sight! this is my second HS510C one in FDE and one in Wolf Gray. I have them on SBR's 1 300 BLK and 1 556. Not only do the always work with the shake awake but they are working from solar and battery when needed. My oldest one has original battery still in it going on 4yrs old! You can't go wrong with Holosun also have a 507C on my Glock with green dot too same reliability and shake awake.

Sight is amazing, quick release connection, clear sight , dope color , very nice and clean look

I own the same sight with red display and like it.
So I decided to try the green display.
Both are a very nice sight for quick, 2 eye open, shooting of a semi auto rifle out to a couple hundred yards.
Fast and secure mount.
I am sure other applications work with good results too, but that is what I use it for.

Love these sights, I have on on my rim fire rifle and my rim fire pistol used in shooting Steel Challenge. Superior in every way.

I really got a deal on the price on this one and it said red dot and green MRS. It’s Green and really easy to see. I’ve only had one other optic a Holosun 512 which I also liked. I have astigmatism in both eyes but I don’t see any extra effects from holosun reticles.

Awesome sight, hard to beat holosun for the money. Works good on a rifle and a shotgun if you get a cheek riser.
