Great all around red dot

Really great red dot that offers a lot of features without breaking the bank.

Black and tan rifles always look good to me so I went with this primarily for the FDE finish.

I really like the circle dot reticle, crisp and useful without feeling like it's cluttering the window.

AAA power source is super easy to find and offers solid battery life. Easy to access battery compartment is very convenient.

While I don't love bikini covers usually, the included ones are very nice for storing/transport purposes.

The Motion Activated feature makes this a great choice for home defense setups.

I paired this optic with the Romeo4 magnifier on a 12.5 inch AR and it really makes for an affordable but capable setup (basically HHS for half the price)

Minimalistic and rugged

If you want an iron sight replacement, get it. This model accepts AAA batteries which is more convenient than the disk battery’s. I love it and so do my friends.

Best feature is AAA battery

This is a simple inexpensive red dot. It doesn't have multiple reticles, just a red dot. The glass is ok. It mounts securely. The biggest benefit is using a AAA battery because they're cheap and abundant. There are fancier red dot optics with more features but this is simple and inexpensive.

This optic is great. I love that I can just throw in a AAA battery and it's good to go. wake to shake. The purchase was made with a discount code for more than half off. I wouldn't purchase otherwise.

Nice that it takes a standard AAA battery

This optics has a 2 MOA red dot. I prefer something that has selectable reticles, but I was interested in this because it takes a standard and widely available AAA battery. The optic isn't anything too fancy or exciting, BUT it works just fine. The 20mm lens is kind of small by today's standards. There are so many red dot optics similar to this one that I think the decision just boils down to your preference in batteries and AAAs are cheap and widely available.

Better than I thought

Finally pulled the trigger on a reflex optic instead of the old faithful iron sights and I am completely satisfied with this Romeo5. Work exactly how they described, easy to sight with solid adjustments. Been a little leery of these because I have heard how easy the adjustment knobs and bounce/move throwing your sight off but this has held up and kept my zero.
