Worth Every Penny
Buy once cry once. Cost a little more then some other Receiver rods but it's the bees knees. High quality. If your building an AR don't cheap out. I watched some YouTube reviews and did some research and this was highly recommended.

great for building out your upper
Perfect for your upper builds. Great lockdown and fitment. Completed a 5.56 upper using this. Sat in the vice very well. Can use it all angles for easy access to gas blocks and hand guard furniture. Good buy and for the price!

Opmod AR15 upper reciever reation tool
I would like to say this tool is a must for AR15 builds. I particular like the nickel coating which not only makes the rod esthetically nice, and the nickel will help prevent rust and scratches which can be seen on the blued model. The rod is a great tool to use for torquing down the barrel nut to the upper receiver, not only does it align the barrel and reciever it prevents the receiver damage to the guide slot on both mating parts. My wish is that Optics planet and Midwest should do an OPMOD version of for the AR10. Keeping my fingers crossed.

If you assemble Uppers, this is a must have tool. The chrome finish is an added feature that’s beneficial for wear protection. Can also be used as a alignment gauge. Only drawback was a slight burr at the vise end.
