Amazing trigger awesome company - OpticsPlanet Exclusive RISE Armament RA-240 Gen 2 Enhanced Rifle Trigger

I bought this trigger several months ago and took my time (a couple of months) before I installed it. Installation was straight forward, simple and with no hiccups. The initial feel was great, but I took my time (a couple more months) before taking it to the range and really testing it out. After less than 20 rounds the reset began having problems. It quickly turned into a binary trigger. Cool, but no thanks that is not what I bought. I drafted an email to the customer service of Rise Armament explaining the symptoms and asking for help. To tell you the truth I really didn't expect much help other than to hear someone say "That's too bad" and then just give me the run around and make me justify everything before they would even consider helping me. To my surprise I received an email back within 24 hours telling me that my trigger was covered under warranty and they would send out another trigger. I received my trigger before I could even put the old one in the mail. OMG, who are these guys? In this day of commercialization, all too often "customer service" is not really customer service and are relegated to someplace outside of the United States to someone who has no idea of the product you are having problems with and are armed only with a script they read and rely on to "SOLVE" (NOT) your problem. All too often there is no resolution other than more frustration and anger and resentment of the company you just purchased something from. But Rise Armament gave me a positive, amazing, and simple process to fix my catastrophic problem. My expectations were totally blown out of the water by Rise Armament. It is amazing that they have someone within the company that knows their products and really cares about their customers having a positive experience. I am so happy with my experience with Rise Armament that they have a customer and supporter for life. Oh yeah, and the replacement trigger is absolutely amazing. It is light, crisp, and hands down one of the best triggers I have ever used. It even is better than my Velocity trigger! What a trigger, and what an amazing company. Simple things really make a difference guys. Thank you!
