great case
perfect protection from the elements for my high valued shooting. apparatuses his thing would have survived on the titanic lol
im trying to figure out how to put a wheel kit on it like a generator tho

Solid case.. perfect for large scoped 26"bbl rifle with large break
Case is fantastic... holds a bergara Premier HMR Pro 300prc rifle with large arken ep5 7-35x56 scope and large break perfectly.... not pluck style foam... thank God. Hate that garbo!

M1 GARAND CASE
I was looking for a case for a 1960's M1 Garand National Match (Type II) and this fits the rifle perfectly (length and width). There's still a little room inn the case for the Bayonet to fit. There's actually too much foam; gotta take some out to customize it. Overall, it's a quality case. Pelican is great quality; however, some people say you should store a rifle in them for long periods of time because the foam can hold moisture. I definitely would recommend the case but I would wait for them to go on sale.

More Impressive Than I Expected...
I ordered this Pelican Vault Case to protect and secure a $20,000 Thompson. This case is more impressive than I thought it would be. Very tough, very well built, and overall outstanding case and excellent value as well. Planning to purchase another of this model Pelican. A+ and excellent, prompt shipping from Optics Planet. No complaints.

quality rifle case
this item exudes high quality. from the manufacture to the latches to the foam, i love everything about it
foam comes in 3 levels. this means that you can cut insets into the top level, to provide more protection for your rifle, but still have the bottom 2 be intact. This also means you could probably customize this case for more rifles, as you could use 1 layer of foam to cut insets for different rifles (tho if i am honest, i wont be doing that)
its also large enough that you can cut insets for extra mags, ear protectors, etc.

Solid build
With a name like Vault you would expect this case to be solid, strong, and sturdy. This case confirms those expectations. The clips and locking mechanism are top notch. The multiple layers of padding allow for customization to fit any type of firearm or equipment. With a name like Pelican you expect good quality and this case is that and more.

Well built case exactly what I was looking for. Fit my Browning X bolt. Should be great for traveling for hunting.

great rifle case
this thing is great i can put it in the back of my truck an run off a cliff n i think the gun inside would still be fine little on the heavy side but hey good protection is heavy the price optics planet had it for i couldnt pass it up
