Pentax 10mm XW
I purchased the Pentax 10mm XW for use with a telescope (150mm f5 Newtonian reflector). So far this eyepiece is fantastic. This was my first premium eyepiece, and I am very pleased with the view. I wish I had bought one sooner.
Compared to a 10mm plossl, The 20mm eye relief and 70FOV are great. Even from light polluted skies, the view of the M42 nebula in Orion's belt is really cool at 75x. The eye-relief is is very comfortable, although I have to touch my glasses against the retracted eyecup to see the field stop. Of course with a 70 degree FOV, you really aren't looking for the field stop...

Excellent eyepiece
Excellent eyepiece. Bought this Pentax XW 10mm for my 10" Dobsonian telescope. Very good eye relief and great views. Field of View seems bigger than the listed 70 degrees. I like it so much I just ordered the 14mm. Can't beat the price.

great eyepiece
This is a really good eyepiece. I got the 7mm and this is great for what i need it for. I like it. Good investment with around 259 bucks. You can't go wrong with the 7mm Pentax XW. I would always buy it again. Have fun.

Excellent planetary Eyepiece
Very impressed with this Pentax eyepiece so far. Clear views of Jupiter and Saturn when seeing is good with my 14.5" dob. I was also pleased with the detail on M13. The long eye relief makes it quite comfortable to use.

Multi purpose eyepiece
Great eyepiece awesome contrast for viewing and imaging, Light weight. You can do so much with this e ya eyepiece it has threads to attach other astronomy products like 43 mm to t2 ring to attach it to a DSLR or mirrorless camera etc.love these eyepieces they're my favorite eyepieces now highly recommend it.

Great Eyepiece
The Pentax XW 7mm eyepiece exceeded my expectations right away and that was hours before sundown. I really appreciate tools and equipment that are made with precision and care and the XW lineup hits those marks. Superb optics, smooth adjustable eyecup, and a sleek finish. For me, the search is complete; Pentax XW for any focal length.

Superb Eyepiece!!
As usual, Pentax hasn't disappoint. The Pentax XW 3.5mm eyepiece is simply superb - It is very sharp, full of contrast and with no scattering that I can detect. I have been using the Pentax 7mm XW eyepiece for about 3 yrs and it has been a delight. Now I will give the 7mm a well deserved rest while I enjoy the extra power of my newly acquired 3.5mm. I would absolutely recommend this eyepiece to a friend.

Pentax XW 14 Eyepiece
This is a very clear, sharp and bright eyepiece, with a great, wide field of view. It's much better than the zoom eyepiece and I bought it for digiscoping but I like it so much I use it all the time!
