Built an AR carbine using all phase 5 accessories and this muzzle device topped it off , looks awesome along with excellent quality, and all my phase 5 accessories came from OPTICS PLANET . Handgaurd, safty selector , muzzle device, mag release.

Running this on my 10.5" Noveske 5.56 barrel. Accuracy is not impacted, recoil is somewhat diminished, just feel sorry for those on the side of me. Gives the rifle a very "beefy" look. Like others have said, it's not short but works well. Had this on another build as well. no regrets.

P5WS-LHB is an amazing breaks,1.5 in diameter fix in great inside the handguard that what I like. Like the design that caught my eye. Shooting its a little loud but it fun to feel the heat from the Blast.

I like this brake, it looks awesome and fills the inside of my rail nicely. The only thing I don’t like is the length isn’t the true length. It’s half shroud half brake. It’s not a huge deal though and I like it. So yeah... 200 characters

This brake was absolutely perfect for the look I wanted. I have it installed on a CMMG 300 series Mk57 upper chambered in 5.7×28mm. The 5.7 is already a very low recoil round & with the lil boy installed it's like a .22LR! The CMMG 300 series uppers have a 5" barrel with a 4.5" handguard & this brake gives it that perfect clean, continuous look I was looking for while also keeping it as short as possible. The lil boy is 2.5" overall, but the 1st inch of the brake slips over the barrel before engaging the barrels threads, realistcally making it a 1.5" single baffle brake. Also the inner diameter of my handguard is 13/8", & this brake fits perfect, but if ur handguard is thinner than that it will not fit under it...If ur looking for style & functionality & ur trying to keep ur barrel as short as possible this is the brake u wanna get. It's super well made & I think has a phosphate finish or something similar. I will definitely be getting the Fatman, the larger double baffle version of this brake for my next build where length isn't an issue.

Definitely love the look of this brake on my ar15 pistol. Have it on a 10.5" 7.62x39 and it's helped considerably with the recoil. The brake is very solid and clocked onto the barrel without having to overtightened it and risk breaking the crush washer. The way the muzzle brake overlaps the barrel makes it look like it's a 9" I love it! 10/10 will buy again!!

My build includes quite a few Phase 5 products. It was a no brainer to trust this Hex brake. Nothing little about the performance of this Little-boy. Its a perfect fit for their LPSN handgaurd as well as anyone else wanting a stylish, but effective approach. Keep in mind, it does overlap the threads of the barrel. For me that was just what I needed.

Awesome brake. Looks great and functions exceptionally well! This is the second brake from Phase 5.... my first is a Fatman for my AR-10 and I’ll continue to purchase Phase 5 products. I’ll continue to do business with Optics Planet too!

Don't let the name fool you, it is deemed "Littleboy" because there is a larger version, but this piece is bigger than you'd expect. It is very solid, and looks beautiful on my rifle. Recoil is diminished somewhat with this muzzle brake. I would definitely use it on another rifle if I was building a new one.
