Most Helpful Negative Review Phase 5 not impressed.
Poor quality. Lots of slop. The arm moves back and forth almost .1/8. 2 points for looking cool none for craftsmanship. Shipping was ehh. For the price tag they should have made the tolerances better.

Phase 5 extended bolt release is solid

The Phase 5 extended bolt release replaces the existing release with complete one piece install that fits most lowers.The install removes the retaining roll pin and replace the lever. Up or down pushes activate or release the bolt. Super fast.

  • tight tolerances
  • No connector screws
Cons:
  • Roll pin takes a little effort
Best Used for:
  • AR platform function improvement

Well built and perfectly functional

In lieu of an ambi bolt release, the Phase 5 extension looks and functions great. I have the Magpul BAD lever on another rifle, and I think I prefer the Phase 5 for build quality and ergonomics.

Phase5 V3 in black

I love this equipment. I have replaced the bolt release on several rifles with Phase 5. I've recommended them to friends and relatives. I use this on my duty rifle and will be using one on my duty SBR next year. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Phase 5!!!

Great feel great look however purchased for a pas jakl 556 looks amazing however the thickness of the lever is causing the upper to hold the bolt catch in the up position
