I have shot this ammunition in the past with no issues so when I saw that it was in stock I liked it enough to purchase again. This review is more about superior customer service that I experienced. When I originally ordered the ammunition it was in stock however I somehow didn’t put my shipping address in when I bought it. OP emailed me to let me know of my missed information but by the time I emailed back it had went out of stock. I use PMC X-Tac in all of my AR's, never really had a problem. The .223 usually runs for this pricing and decided to grab some 5.56 since it's usually more expensive. Good deal!!

excellent training ammo

Due to price and availability this is my go to training ammo. This also burns noticeably cleaner than white box M193. I run this ammo through a 14.5” and 11.5” barrels and the terminal ballistics are what you’d expect. The flat shipping fee ($9.99) for ammo Can be used to your advantage when buying in bulk even if the price per round is slightly more than other online retailers. However, make sure the item is in stock and keep an eye on your pending orders as optics planet keeps pushing the estimated shipping date on ammo (9mm federal HST ) I ordered over a month ago. It’s frustrating when other online retailers have the ammo readily available but optics planet won’t fulfill the order in a timely manner. More so when you see the estimated ship date get pushed back every time I check the status.
