I’ve matched this radar with my stalker police radar and the speeds are identical. The range for vehicles is impressive. I can pick them up half a mile out. But, I use it for my boys when they pitch. This little radar is impressive.

I've been using this Ball Coach for nearly a year now and am very pleased with its performance! It appears similar to a phone so others around me don't get too curious or concerned about tracking pitches.

I would recommend this to any coaches.

The ball coach radar turned out to be a very convenient and easy to use item to track pitching velocities. I bought it to measure my son's velocity and now use it as a training tool. It encouraged my son to focus more on his training and has increase his velocity, started at 76mph and within two weeks clocked at 82mph.

This radar device couldn't be simpler to use. Point and press button. That's it! It's everything I hoped it would be and a great value compared to other models that cost 2-3x more. Highly recommend.

Purchased the Ball Coach last year in its first month of release as had been looking for a way to measure during practice and game at bats, exit velocity/speed from bat....a bonus that it also can and is used accurately for pitching velocities. I am very satisfied with its accuracy and efficiency and for the price/value vs competitve products would highly recommend!

The Ball Coach is the perfect radar for softball. The extra options from the standard Pocket Radar are great. The continuous mode is great for hand free detecting. You ate able to work with catchers on throw down speed and hitters for bat speed. TheBall Coach is even easier to track pitches than the Standard Pocket Radar.
Great Customer Support as well. Quick to respond and quick to help. I would suggest the Ball Coach to any Coach or Parent that has a player playing softball or baseball.

I just got the new Ball Coach and there's no comparison to the old pocket radar. With the old version, I frequently missed readings, but I haven't missed a single reading yet with the Ball Coach. I love the fact that you can push the button well in advance of the throw and still get a reading. Regal Athletic, the academy where my boys play baseball, has replaced all their Jugs guns with the new Ball Coach and we use them for pitching and hitting all the time. Thanks for the great product!

Long story short - I had a rush order for a Ball Coach and the shipping company they gave the unit to dropped the ball and missed my delivery. With just one call from me asking for help the guys at Pocket Radar shipped another unit for overnight Saturday delivery just so I could receive it in time for our 17U travel teams Sunday baseball practice. It gets better yet - six (yes, I said 6) phone calls I received from several folks at Pocket Radar to setup the special delivery, to verify that I received that Saturday delivery, then on the following Monday to verify that I was happy with the unit. That's just the customer service part. Now regarding the Ball Coach itself...I don't know what else I can say other than the Ball Coach is "fantastic". One point of reference that may be helpful to people considering the unit - it's lightweight, slim, fits easily into your hand and pocket, and has a very easy to read display. Now for the very short part - I highly recommend the Ball Coach and the folks at Pocket Radar!!!

Really liked my original Pocket Radar.
My new Pocket Radar Ball Coach is awesome. Used it along side of my $800 radar gun and my Pocket Radar Ball Coach Pro-Level is dead on.
Great addition to any Coaches arsenal of training equipment to help the athletes he or she is coaching.
The support from Pocket Radar Staff is excellent. Very client oriented.
