Nice AR Upgrade
This roller Cam Pin smooths out cycling and reduces friction on the BCG. It does reduce scarfing on the upper and speeds up cycling just slightly. You will have to stake the gas key so make sure you have a gas key staking tool or have access to one. I have made this upgrade to all of my ARs.

I haven't ran more than 100 rounds with this yet so can't give it 5 stars currently. Not difficult to install if you have any basic mechanical skills and an inch pound torque wrench. Will update this after a few thousand rounds

A great upgrade for a BCG. Smooth cycling and less wear on the upper reciver cam groove.

Great Product
Great product. I previously had this roller cam pin installed in my piston AR-15s and it performed beautifully! So logically, I may as well purchase this item also for my direct impingement AR-15s as well. It functions perfectly as advertised. Highly recommend.

Cycles smoother, easy to install, hardest part was staking the new gas key. Even that was easy, partly because I had the tool to do it, but still pretty straight forward. Makes a good BCG a great BCG

Absolutely love it
Swapped out my milspec gas key and can pin in my 300 black out rifle. Installing was pretty easy, haven't shot the rifle yet but the piece of mind that my cam pin isn't going to hurt the inside of my upper is worth the upgrade in itself.

Works Great
when i initially saw this product, i thought it as unnecessary. the following year a friend of mine showed me some wear he was getting at that point in his match rifle. i instantly knew he needed this roller pin. i then bought one of these just to try, only the pin w/o the key. i instantly noticed the carrier felt smoother and whether it's a GI or piston, smoother is better. i've since installed 5 of these in my own match uppers and a couple of friends.

If you want smooth and durability for your BCG I deffinately recommend the POF USA roller cam pin and gas key to enhance your performance of your rifle as well as protect your receiver from pre-mature damage. Rifle feels like smoother and less prone to wear
Seems like a good solid product. installed it on Sharps XPB bolt carrier to prevent the cam wearing in a groove on my upper. When chambering a round manually with charging handle it feels smoother when you pull and havnt seen any wearing in on my new upper yet caused by it but only time will tell for sure. You will need to stake the POF gas key when replacing the one on your bolt carrier group so will need a gas key staking tool, unless you dont mind marred up bolt carrier and gas key. I chose to use a staking tool for a professional look and I like my things, especially when i invest so much in to them, looking as good as possible even though rifles are prone to get dings and scratches and worn out over time i try keeping them from wearing as fast with upgrades such as this one

Smooth, feels (actually it is) like it’s running on ball bearings
I have 4 AR15 and 1 LR308, all of them with the POF Roller cam pin. 3 AR15 are piston and 1 DI, install of the gas key needs to be properly staked for DI BCG. Prior to install on my DI AR when you initially pulled the charging handle it felt a little rough as the bolt unlock, now it feels like they are running on bearings. A couple of piston AR 15 build that I use the roller cam pin since new shows no wear on the cam pin pocket on the upper unlike my DI Rifle. Really nice upgrade!!!
