Very close to Wilcox mount.
This mount is a very close representation of the Wilcox MK18 Mod 0 mount. Pair it with PRI quality for a solid Aimpoint ring mounting solution for the M18 Mod 0 clone build.

So many better options
Is it clone correct... yes. Is is a good design... no.
1) Nut is not captured. Pretty much standard these days.
2) No instructions, torque values.
3) Designed to secure optic with linear clamping force. Because the top part is formed steel, the force applied is pinching the optic. Most modern mounts are designed of aluminum so that they form around the optic.

Excellent sight for Aimpoint Pro
This sight might be a little bit on the heavy side, but it's built like a tank. The height gives you an excellent unobstructed view for lower 1/3 sight picture. If you have a Aimpoint PRO/ACO, give this mount a try. I think you won't be disappointed.
