Gas Blocks Fear Not
After countless hours of frustration with marred blocks and pins, I about had it. Then while looking for new gas tube pins, I came across this pure hunk of plastic. Now gas blocks and roll pins wont run away from me.

Good Idea, Poor Execution
I was excited to find this since I primarily use lo profile gas blocks, but this barely helped with the roll-pin install. I may use some tape next time to help hold the gas block in place. This is still better than nothing or other blocks out there.
Works great!
This is a perfect add to my gunsmithing tools. I recommend for anyone who intends to or regularly enjoys breaking down or building AR platforms, adding and upgrading them. Life is so much better when you have the right tools and equipment. At least in my humble opinion.

its a tool
If you're looking for help getting your gas blocked and gas tube easily aligned. Then this is the tool for you. You do not need the tools to do the job for each one of those things that just make it much easier.

If you build AR type systems, this should be part of your tool collection. Makes it a no brainer for the pesky little roll pin installation. Works like it should, and will last a lifetime.

Gas Block Fixture w/ Roll Pin Starter Punch
The Precision Reflex Gas Block Fixture w/ Roll Pin Starter Punch is a great tool kit. It makes hammering in the roll pin so much easier. I use the fixture to hold the gas block in place, use my Geissele gas block roll pin tool and gas block pin punch set to hammer the roll pin into the gas block. I've used this method of installation on a bunch of upper builds. I can't emphasize enough how helpful it is to have the fixture to hold the gas block in place. Its even great for removing gas tube roll pins as they fall in one of the holes so they don't run away on you. I highly recommend it and its definitely worth every penny.

not slippery
Given the material, I was concerned the gas block would try and flop out while driving the pin. Using an Odin Works adjustable, as well as a generic standard gas block, they held firm while driving pins in and out.

Wish I had thought of this
After rolling gas blocks around my bench for longer than I care to remember, trying to remove or install a roll pin this is a great fix.
