They arrived in tidy packaging and feel nice and sturdy. I like the aperture but that's subjective however I do feel like it offers a decent sight picture with how my eyes focus. I feel pretty good about using them with either eye since I'm ambidextrous.

Wanted fixed sights for my GHM9, went with these mainly for aesthetic and hood style sight picture. You need a long slim front sight tool to adjust the front sight since the hk style hood is in the way, its tight and wont move using a 223 bullet or small tool like you can most ar15 sights. Finish is easily scrached and im guessing these sights will be worn looking pretty quick. Id go with the Daniel Defense front sights if i could do it over.
Pros:
- aesthetic is good.
- sight picture is perfect.
Cons:
- Finish is easily worn.
- Front sight not as easy to adjust as it should be.

These are awesome metal iron sights that are solid and easy to get target acquisition, not mention it was around $100. It can be hard to find a good pair of metal irons for an affordable price. These were just perfect for a couple AR builds I had.
Pros:
- Affordable
- solid
- Easy acquisition of target

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!! I would give zero stars but it wouldn't be posted. I bought these from OP 3 months ago and had hardest time getting front sight post to adjust (even after I bought the P.R. sight tool) because of the circular front sight adjustment cut-out was too small. SIGHTS DON NOT HOLD AFTER SIGHTING IN despite me using Loctite to make sure they would not loosen. 3 trips to range and sights were off every time. Would sight-in, shoot a couple mags to make sure hold and sight picture consistent, then go home. Next trip, no joy!
I tried to return the sights for a store credit but was denied. I admit it was past the 30 day return window, but it took several trips to the range to realize there was a problem. Also, one would assume that after getting gun sighted in it would remain so, especially if kept in gun safe and not slammed around. OP staff was polite and prompt with email responses, but I am disappointed in their refusal to take back the sights. I was asking for return for refund OR store credit. They would obviously have an easier time returning the sights to PR and they keep me as a customer. Now, I have to try to get money back from Precision Reflex, and I already know what they'll say - we can't help you because you didn't buy them from us. Don't think I'll be making any purchases from Optics Planet again.
I waited to write this until AFTER I replaced my sights. I Bought Magpul MBUS polymer flip-up front and rear sights from local gun sho...

These iron sights are really solid and easy to use like any other iron sight really.
Only con I can say is they are bulky and could be slimed down a bit. They where on sale when I purchased but for a couple of bucks more at the time of these review you could find slimmer sights to go with and or even some foldable irons.

I would say these look reliable would love to see them made with tougher metals so u don’t have to Evan second guess it .sucks I have to buy the front sight adjustment no problem there really sturdy the screws havnt stripped so it’s not made of cheap metals had to send mines back for a replacement other then that for the most part everyone says there good and I agree easy sight picture I love em I prefer these over the plastic magpul ones gives u a little more tacticool look
Cons:
- wish they had differnt colors

First things first.
I own, TROY, Daniel Defense, GSG9, and other sights. This is the first, aluminum, sight set to use steel screws AND steel HeliCoil thread inserts. You can crank these doen so hard, and the threads will not strip.
I also like the H&K-style hood around the front sight. Very intuitive.
.
I put these on a PDW, because I like ridgid sights on a PDW. They are easy to ZERO and hold ZERO, after 300 rounds of .55gn FMJ.
Pros:
- HeliCoil thread inserts
- Light weight for ridgid sight set.
Best Used for:
- People that don't want folding sights

All metal sights that stand tall. Tight fitting on my AR picatinny rail, no slip or rattle. The front sight has a round hood that protects the sight pin and since it is round it is pretty much snag free. It also has a cut away that allows you to access the pin with a sight adjustment tool for easy elevation changes. The rear sight has a sturdy knurled knob for quick windage changes and duel peep holes that are easily flipped for different sight pictures. The best part is that they are made by Americans in the USA! I have bought two pairs and plan on buying more. They are half price compared to other sight sets of this quality!
Pros:
- All metal, made in the USA, decent pri
- All metal, made in USA, decent $$

I’m pleased with the quality, fit and finish on these sights. The ghost ring-type design on front and rear is unique - the human eye instinctively wants to center an object viewed through an aperture.
