Just a reminder to anyone new to mounting accessories to the hand guard of an AR rifle. Just like my wife says to me all the time, it’s just too short. While that’s just not true. It is for these. Great product but for my application with the rails I have, these just weren’t long enough to get the job done. I was not able to use them. I needed up getting new rails. Then railed my wife.
Pros:
None
Cons:
short
Best Used for:
Picatinney rail
Would recommend: No

Well I wanted to replace all the screws and T nuts that came with some nice quality, low priced picatinny rails I picked up. I wanted to go with good old stainless, when I say good stainless, I mean non magnetic stainless. I've had problems with the cheap magnetic stainless steel on some Custom and Hotrod cars I used them on, they rusted in 3 days after being in the rain, just 1 time. Most of the cheap stainless Steel Rusts, just as fast as plain old steel, once the coating comes off from an installation tool scratch, or some other scratch taking the finish coating off. These screws and T nuts look well machined, fit the MLok slots on my PSA AR nicely, and the coating is clean and even from what I can see, looking at them with a good magnifying glass. But these so called Stainless Steel screws and T nuts are as magnetic as you can get. So If you are looking for good high quality, never rusting, non magnetic, stainless steel hardware, Buyer beware, I don't think these are those kind So don't break the skin of the black finish when installing, or they MAY rust. I'm NOT saying these are bad, just giving my opinion, that's why I gave them 3 Stars, middle of the road rating.
Pros:
Nice machining and coating
They fit the MLok slots well
Cons:
They are magnetic and can rust
Have to take care not to scratch coating off
Best Used for:
Mounting Picatinny Rails and other MLok Accessories
Would recommend: Yes
