These are NOT roll pin starters! Don’t let the caption fool you it mean to get you started on a set of roll pin punches but still a good buy not hating on the product just throwing out a disclaimer for everyone

not worth it
Came in a dirty plastic bag. Some of the pins were bent & they easily bend when used.

Simple punch set.
Needed them to punch various AR-15 pins and they have held up great. They don't come in a pouch which was fine with me because I already had a tool organizer for them on my work bench.
Would recommend: Yes
They just work
Let's face it guys and girls. There's nothing glamorous about a punch pin but these things are durable, dependable and come in at a great price point

Maybe it was me
These roll pin punches look good and are well machined but, the first 4 hits on the 1/16 punch and it bent on me. Maybe I was a little off on my hit, it is tiny, or maybe they are a little soft. But I was only working on the 1/16 roll pin in my charging handle latch, to swap the latch out with the UTG latch I picked up here on OP. It straightened out ok, hopefully I don't bend it again and break it off.
Pros:
- Nice machine finish
- Fair price for 9 punches
Cons:
- 1/16 Bent kinda easy first use
Best Used for:
- Carefully Driving roll pins
